Supplying reliable and appealing packaging for cosmetics products is no problem for us.
What the cosmetics industry requires of the packaging is, primarily, an effective barrier effect against moisture, along with form stability, aroma-tightness and an attractive appearance.
With our packaging we bring all this together in a single solution.
For a face pack made of impregnated non-woven fabric, we created a sealed edge bag which combines precisely these characteristics.
One side is an aluminium laminate. This provides all the barrier characteristics and strength required. A second side is comprised of a transparent laminate which perfectly shows off the product to the best advantage.

Natural minerals and trace elements are responsible for the curative effect of the clay. This effect is further enhanced by the high moisture content of the clay.
On the other hand, that makes it difficult to package the clay, and to store it, because the moisture must be retained at all costs.
With our sealed edge bags, no problem! They prevent the moisture from dehydrating, prevent the constituents from diffusing out of the bag, and protect the Heilmoor clay during transportation as well. Special spouts are provided for easy and clean handling.
We therefore make it possible for the Heilmoor clay to unfold its benefits to its full effect without losing any of its active ingredients!
We can also package soap with suitable dispensers as well!
Packaging pasty filling materials such as, e.g. soap, is only successful if the packaging material provides protection against moisture, along with aroma-tightness and user-friendliness down to the last drop.
