Flat bags or sealed edge bags are given sealing seams with the help of heat-sealing units.
We produce these types of bags either from strips of flat film or from tubular film. These can be either printed or left unprinted. Flat film is ideally suitable for the packaging of flat products without much of a profile.
Here you can choose between a wide variety of materials, laminates and thicknesses.

We can produce the following for you:

Tubular sections

Tubular sections have a sealing seam on the right and left side.
They are produced from flat film and are open at the top and bottom.
They are particularly suitable for: Filling from two sides,
production of 2-chamber bags
Applications:
Flat filling material, 2-component materials
Finishing:
Tear notch/slit, perforation, separator strip, lip, 45° tip, spout, screw caps, connections, print

3-edge bags

Information:
3-edge bags have a sealing seam on each of the two sides and one at the bottom.
