Gruber-Folien GmbH & Co. KG specializes in the fields of plastic films and plastic film processing. The focus of production is on the processing and global sale of laminated films and the assembly of special-purpose bags.

The foundation stone of the now 40-strong company was laid by senior entrepreneur Erich Gruber in 1975. From the very outset the company enjoyed a reputation for progressive and forward-looking packaging solutions. It certainly profited from the growing use of plastics in the packaging industry. Thanks to their low weight and high functionality, plastic packaging solutions have now largely displaced traditional types of packaging such as glass, wood or metal. Plastics are used in all sectors of industry as a means of packaging. This trend is also reflected in our company’s customer structure.
